Daytrip Excursion Only

Please fill out the form below to register for the daytrip excursion to Grouse Mountain. Note: this form is only for the trip. If you would like to register for the conference as well, please fill out the conference registration form here.

Payments will be made through the UBC gateway and will appear on your credit card statement as: “UBC ePayment 604-822-2008.” All funds are in Canadian dollars. Once you are finished, click the “Payment” button in order to be redirected to the payment page.
